We’re getting ready to open the doors to the newest Harpoon Restaurant & Taproom in Manchester—and we’re looking for energetic, guest-focused Servers to join our opening team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, social environment and love making people feel at home (with a cold beer in hand), you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide friendly, attentive, and informed service to every guest

• Guide customers through our food and beer menus, offering recommendations and pairing suggestions

• Take and enter orders accurately using Toast (our POS system)

• Run food and drinks with a sense of urgency and care

• Keep your section clean, organized, and ready for the next round

• Work collaboratively with the bar, kitchen, and host team to keep things smooth and upbeat

What You Bring:

• Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant or taproom setting

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Passion for great service and positive guest experiences

• Interest in craft beer (no expertise needed—we’ll teach you!)

• A team-first mindset and willingness to help wherever needed

• ServSafe or alcohol service certification a plus
